Welcome to The Brothers Takos Motorbikes Rentals. By renting a vehicle from us, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions: 

1. Rental Agreement: The rental agreement is formed between the renter and The Brothers Takos Motorbikes Rentals upon confirmation of the rental booking. The renter must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver's license.
2. Rental Period: The rental period begins and ends at the dates and times specified in the booking confirmation. Extensions to the rental period must be requested in advance and are subject to availability and additional charges.
3. Payment: Rental fees must be paid in full at the time of booking or upon pick-up of the vehicle. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash payments. A security deposit may be required at the time of rental, which will be refunded upon return of the vehicle in its original condition.
4. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the rental start date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made in less than 48 hours before the rental start date are non-refundable.
5. Use of the Vehicle: The vehicle must be used only for personal transportation and must not be used for any illegal activities, racing, or off-road riding. The renter is responsible and will be liable for any fines, penalties, or damages incurred during the rental period.
6. Maintenance and Repairs: The renter must notify The Brothers Takos Motorbikes Rentals immediately of any mechanical issues or damages to the vehicle. Repairs or maintenance should not be performed without prior approval from The Brothers Takos Motorbikes Rentals.
7. Insurance: All rentals include third part insurance coverage. The renter is responsible and liable for any damages or losses not covered by the insurance.
8. Liability: The Brothers Takos Motorbikes Rentals is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages caused during the rental period, except as required by law.
9. Return of the Motorbike: The vehicle must be returned to The Brothers Takos Motorbikes Rentals at the agreed-upon time and location. Late returns may incur additional charges.
10. Termination: The Brothers Takos Motorbikes Rentals reserves the right to terminate the rental agreement and repossess the vehicle at any time, without any refund if the renter breaches any of these terms and conditions.

By renting a vehicle from The Brothers Takos Motorbikes Rentals, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
